Always friendly and fast service. I have been to this specific Penn Station a few times and they have never disappointed. The restaurant has been clean every time I've been there and that includes the bathroom. My favorite sandwich is the Philly cheese steak but all the sandwiches are good.

Winter Storm Blair...the manager was in there doing everything...all of her employees called off. My food was ready at the exact time I was supposed to get it, hot and good. She was friendly, even though she was by herself. This sort of dedication, she deserves a raise. Call off like everyone else, or be the exceptional exception!

Was there today 2 people working .They got Slamed with customers .They did a wonderful Job & went over & beyon .By deliving peoples food to them .& Making subs , fries . They did a Amazing job .Now this is what a Restaurant .should do Even fast food places .That means Wendy's , Burger King .ect. Great Job Genitalman .You desiver. 5 stars

Just gotta chicken cheesesteak and 2 cookies....the cookies were fresh, and my cheesesteak was cooked perfectly...they play great music, and the staff was very polite and friendly....best penn station around:)
